Proactively counseled employers on day-to-day employment matters relating to claims of discrimination and/or harassment, hiring, termination, discipline, and performance management. Provided advice to business leaders on employment related legislation to ensure compliance and avoid legal risks. Conducted internal investigations relating to employee allegations of discrimination and harassment and provides legal advice regarding the same. Collaborated with in-house counsel to develop strategies for employment litigation. Drafted and revised employee handbooks to ensure full compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
