This approach allows us to quickly identify the best candidates for your specific requirements, whether for temporary or permanent positions.
Our team will then screen and interview potential candidates, presenting a curated candidate shortlist within a few days. You choose which candidates to interview, and how many rounds of interviews to conduct.
Once you’ve identified one or more candidates you’d like to hire, Legal.io will make the offer(s). Upon acceptance, we'll closely partner with your team to onboard the candidate.

Yes, Legal.io conducts comprehensive background checks on all legal professionals before they begin any engagement. This includes verifying professional credentials, education and work history, as well as criminal background checks on the local, state, national and international level. We can facilitate any additional background checks that may be required under industry-specific regulations or internal procedures.
We offer flexible pricing models to suit various client needs, ensuring cost predictability and value.
For temporary engagements, Legal.io uses a cost-plus model under which each candidate is presented at an all-inclusive hourly, weekly or monthly rate. Rates vary depending on the candidate and are based on the experience and skill set of each legal professional.
For permanent roles, Legal.io charges a recruitment fee calculated on the base salary of the legal professional, excluding any signing bonus, stock or other compensation.
Legal.io typically invoices every two weeks, but we can accommodate other billing frequencies based on client preferences and engagement terms.
Legal.io's conversion fee reflects the long-term view we take to the relationships we build with our clients and the legal professionals that serve them. We charge a standard conversion fee that is calculated on the base salary of the legal professional, excluding any signing bonus, stock or other compensation.
Yes, Legal.io can integrate with various legal billing systems such as Serengeti, SimpleLegal, Brightflag and vendor management systems such as Magnit. Our team works within your existing billing, procurement and employment processes to support accurate and efficient invoicing, reporting and human capital management.
Legal.io adheres to stringent data security protocols to protect client information. Our staff gets only limited access to client information, and legal professionals hired through Legal.io work entirely within the client's IT environment, using client-provided equipment. All of our engagements are covered by industry-standard confidentiality provisions, which can be adapted to your organization’s specific needs as necessary.
Yes, Legal.io maintains professional liability insurance for all legal professionals working on Legal.io engagements. Proof of coverage can be provided upon client request.
