• four years of experience teaching business law courses at the university level (both undergraduate and MBA programs), 
• four years of experience working in other law firms on corporate and commercial transactional matters, and 
• nine years of experience working in my own firm as external general counsel for various companies, and handling corporate, commercial, governance and regulatory work.
