- Worked with the commercial legal team to review and negotiate commercial partnership agreements (including with manufacturers, logistics suppliers, warehouses, corporate wellness partners, and other Peloton service providers) and commercial real estate transactions in the U.S. and Canada.
- Assisted commercial lawyers with improving existing legal operations procedures using Ironclad (CLM) and rewriting policies/procedures/guidance to be more practical/consumable for internal business clients. Created a contract playbook for the commercial legal team to reference and use to onboard new Peloton lawyers on internal contract review best practices.

- Head of the Commercial and Legal Operations vertical within the Legal Department having responsibility for all commercial agreements, contract lifecycle management, budget and invoice management using Brightflag, goal and OKR setting, and metrics reporting. Responsibilities also included managing and training the legal operations/paralegal support team.
- Draft, review, and negotiate marketing insertion orders, NDAs, general commercial agreements, SaaS agreements, content creation agreements, and influencer agreements with a mind toward compliance with various legal and regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA, GLBA, CCPA, GDPR).
- Built the contract management process, litigation management process, and the subpoena intake and response process from the ground up (including sourcing and implementing new legal technology, including Ironclad CLM).
