I have extensive experience in a variety of commercial transactions across different jurisdictions, including (1) pre-contractual negotiations, (2) license agreements, (3) joint venture agreements, (4) partnership agreements (5) real estate transactions, (6) compliance and enforcement of contractual requirements, (7) international business company (IBC) formation and (8) management of corporate disputes (including litigation, mediation and arbitration). Some of my most notable accomplishments include:

• Litigated successfully on behalf of the Claimant pursuant to the FIDIC Red Book Conditions of Contract for Construction

• Negotiated on behalf of the Contractor pursuant to the FIDIC Yellow Book Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build

• Litigated successfully on behalf of the Claimant in a Labour and Constitutional Matter

• Successfully represented the Defendant in a Civil and Constitutional Matter pursuant to the Commission of Inquiry Act.

As an administrator in post-secondary academia, I was responsible for the development and codification of policies and a structured co-curriculum to support the holistic development of our students. I utilized my experience and formal training in Business and Law to research and develop these polices and rubrics.

As the founder of this business with the responsibility of business development I worked together with the Department of Trade and Industry (UK) and provided advice to foreign suppliers wanting to enter the UK market with respect to statutory and regulatory requirements, including the setting up of corporations. I gained a vast amount of experience in international trade, including (1) trade and purchase agreements (2) partnership agreements, (3) statutory and regulatory compliance and (4) the UN Oil for Food Programme. Some of my most notable accomplishments/highlights include:

• A recommendation from the Rene Muga, Minister of Economic and Commercial Affairs, Chile in 2001

• A seat on the Committee in the London Chambers of Commerce and Industry for New Business in 2002

• An appointment as a Licensed UN Oil Purchaser/Negotiator in 2002.

As the Accounts Manager I was responsible for managing our clients' Management Systems which included Oracle Apps and MCBA.
