• FinTech startup that created a social payment network, combining the best of Facebook, Venmo, Shopify and Kickstarter. 
• Raised $64M over three equity rounds. Acquired by Airbnb '17.
• Sole attorney for 3 years until hiring counsel in London. 
• Supported international expansion into Canada, the EU and Australia as lead for legal, payments partnerships, accounting and people. 
• Led creation of global compliance program in support of EMI application in the UK and an MSB application in Canada. 
• Led privacy programs, cybersecurity, and PCI Level-1 compliance program.
• M&A team that helped acquihire Balanced Payments and lead Tilt's sale process to Airbnb. Supported post-acquisition needs.
