Work Location: Hybrid in Malvern, PA or West Reading, PA, coming into the office at least 3-days per week with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday being the set in-office days. All subject to change.

What You’ll Do
This position is responsible for maintaining subject matter expertise for assigned lending regulations and areas at the Bank. As the second line of defense this position is responsible to provide support, guidance, and oversight of applicable business units within the Bank. This support includes but is not necessarily limited to: researching and opining on compliance questions, advertising review including print, website and social media advertising, due diligence, compliance oversight of vendor relationships, monitoring new and changing regulations, maintenance and/or review of compliance related policies and procedures, communication and coordination of required regulatory changes, active partnership on all initiatives to provide compliance insight, compliance risk evaluation, providing oversight in responding to consumer complaints received from government entities, and completion of special projects as requested by management. This role requires interaction with internal auditors, state examiners, federal examiners and other similar regulatory bodies.
Serve as the bank’s Compliance Lending “Subject Matter Expert” (SME) necessary to provide compliance advice/recommendations and guidance to all Business Units, addressing Lending compliance questions.Review and examine various business units for compliance with numerous banking regulations, including but not limited to, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth in Lending Act, Military Lending Act, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.Perform Marketing Compliance SME in reviewing bank disclosures, marketing materials, advertisements and/or any other product or service collateral for new and existing Lending productsPerform proactive New Product Compliance reviews identifying and mitigating risks,Assist in overseeing the Consumer Compliance Program to ensure that Lending compliance risks are appropriately identified, monitored, and controlled.Collaborate with internal areas including Legal, Business Management, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Control Functions to address compliance issues which may impact the supported function/business/product.A critical function of this role will be to maintain accurate and up to date change management documentation including internal, external, and tracking of compliance issues. As well as follow-up on documented action plans and target date to ensure completion/implementation.
What Do You Need?
Must have expert knowledge of consumer compliance lending regulations.Must have ability to prioritize and multi-task and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.Accountably, takes ownership for all actions and sets high standard for self-performance and completion of tasks.Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance or Operations analysis roles that work closely with the Compliance area.Time management and priority setting.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Apply both technical and general business knowledge to resolve the issues in assigned function.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment.Proactive identification of risks and ability to propose solutions.Ability to work independently as well as with a range of senior managers, and peers.Ability to build strong and productive working relationships.Strong project management skills and ability to lead other TMs as part of a diverse working environment.May involve some overnight travel but likely no more than 10% of the time.CRCM certification preferred.
Technology Skills
Basic proficiency or better with Microsoft Office products, including but not limited, to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Basic Adobe Pro proficiency.
