Job Title: Document Review Specialist (Remote) Pay Range:

  • Level 1 Document Review: $28-$30/hour
  • Quality Control (QC): $31-$33/hour
  • Team Lead: $33-$35/hour

Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must reside outside of California) Schedule:

  • Core hours: 10 AM - 3 PM (Monday through Friday)
  • Minimum of 35 hours per week, with additional flexible hours available

Benefits: Eligible for benefits after 90 active days Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and licensed Document Review Specialists to join our 2025-ready team. This role involves supporting large-scale eDiscovery projects with our diverse client base. Successful candidates will bring technical expertise, legal credentials, and attention to detail to drive high-quality results in complex legal review environments. Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze documents for relevance, privilege, and other issues as part of eDiscovery processes.
  • Utilize Relativity or similar platforms to conduct efficient and accurate reviews.
  • Engage in privilege log (Privlog) creation and management.
  • Contribute to the success of large-scale eDiscovery projects by maintaining accuracy and consistency in review outputs.
  • Adhere to project guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
  • Must be licensed, active, and in good standing with a state bar.
  • Bar number must be included on the resume.
  • 1-2 years of experience in document review or a related field.
  • Experience with the Relativity platform or similar tools is required.
  • Experience working on on 2nd requests and other specialized legal tasks.
  • Familiarity with privilege logs (Privlog) and 2nd requests is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success working on large-scale eDiscovery projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
