Job Description:

Review legal agreements for credit facilities to identify and extract data for submission into loan application.The agreements will be under various jurisdictions, primarily US, UK, and EuropeContractors will be working on review of legal agreements either for BAU closings or data quality validation.

Must have Skills:

Experience reviewing legal agreements for credit facilities to identify and extract data for submission into loan applicationOral and written communication skillsAttention to detail

Nice to have Skills:

Familiarity with US, UK, and Europe jurisdictionsKnowledge of various lending products specifically Cap CallsIntermediates excel and word experience

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
