Senior Counsel, Employment Law The Fastly Law Team is looking for an attorney to serve as an advisor and partner to the People Team, providing employment and benefit legal advice. The ideal candidate will have solid foundational law firm training in labor law with practical experience addressing and resolving the employment issues that U.S. based, global and rapidly scaling companies face. We are seeking candidates who value working on a strong and diverse team, and want to contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment. The position will be based in San Francisco, where Fastly’s headquarters is located, and report to the General Counsel who is based in New York City.

Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home. Minimal travel may be required to attend team meetings from time to time.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $211,370 to $253,644. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This role may be eligible to participate in Fastly’s equity and discretionary bonus programs.
