Job DetailsEpiq is seeking sophisticated and credentialed litigation and discovery Attorneys to join our dynamic Epiq Associate Solutions (EAS) program. We are actively seeking attorneys located anywhere in the United States (with the exception of Hawaii) to join our bench. The majority of our work is remote with occasional onsite/hybrid opportunities. This is an ongoing, limited duration (project-based) employment opportunity as a W-2 employee of Epiq. We are actively seeking attorneys located anywhere in the United States with the following qualifications:JD Degree from an accredited institution. Active bar license in good standing.Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.3+ years of experience in litigation or investigations at a major U.S. law firm, government or an in-house legal department.3+ years of experience with eDiscovery, database tools, and an interest in certifications.Experience in all phases of the EDRM, such as identification, preservation, collection, review, production of documents, and quality assurance testing of coding calls.Strong experience in Relativity and familiarity with other eDiscovery tools.Experience in document review management at a law firm, in-house legal department, or consulting firm.Experience in negotiating ESI protocols and testing keyword searches.Confidence and experience in written and verbal communications with all levels of law firm professionals.
