About The Role
FTI is seeking an experienced Contract Lifecycle Management ("CLM") consultant to help grow our Technology segment's Legal Operations offerings and to support our growing pipeline of implementation projects. FTI's Legal Operations consultants advise and assist our clients on contract management strategy, solutions, and systems implementations. The Senior Consultant role will work directly with FTI's Legal Operations leaders as well as other industry leading subject matter experts across legal and corporate disciplines to best serve our clients.
What You'll Do
Identify and recommend process improvements that are informed by knowledge of CLM best practices and technology solutions. Assess client's existing CLM technology to identify gaps, opportunities for improvement, and prepare roadmaps with prioritized recommendations. Lead corporate clients with the selection of a Contract Lifecycle Management ("CLM") solutions. Lead implementation stages and activities for CLM solutions and their add-on offerings/modules (discover, design, configure, migrate, integrate, test, train, and deploy). Prepare use cases and translate recommendations into system design documents that are consumable by key stakeholders, including legal, procurement, sell-side functions, IT, finance, etc. Lead design and coordinate implementation of key integrations with other corporate ecosystem solutions such as Ariba, Coupa, Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, etc. Configure CLM solutions to meet design requirements. Coordinate with our solutions development team leveraging FTI's testing and controls methodology for more complex customizations. Lead testing, training, and change management activities related to the project scope. Support project management responsibilities, including managing project plans, resources, risks and issues. Participate in business development activities, creating proposals, developing company perspectives, and researching industry trends. Learn FTI's multidisciplinary offerings and capabilities and earn trusted advisership by assisting clients with our diverse offerings in other areas of need. Partner with team members to succeed both within Legal Operations and at FTI.

Basic Qualifications
What You Will Need To Succeed
Bachelor's Degree is required. An advanced degree in a related discipline of study is preferred but not required. 2 years of client facing consulting experience is required. Experience with the full technology implementation lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, migration, integrating, testing and training. Excellent analytical skills, with proven experience in building business models, distilling insights, and creating recommendations to resolve complex problems. Advanced Microsoft Office skills; particularly with Excel and PowerPoint. Write and quality control work product and deliverables for spelling, grammar, effective flow, and logic. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship. Travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in projects related to corporate law department operations and technology. Experience in configuring CLM solutions such as Agiloft, Conga, DocuSign, or Onit. Relevant certifications for Agiloft, Conga, DocuSign, or Onit. Experience with large-scale data migrations from client's legacy CLM solution. Hands-on experience with abstraction tools (e.g., eBrevia, Kira) to migrate content from client's legacy CLM solution.
