Job DetailsEAS is partnering with an established confidential client to identify an eDiscovery Attorney with 5+ years eDiscovery experience and 2+ years of litigation experience that resides in North Carolina and is able to commute to work from client’s office in Raleigh, NC 3 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday). This is a limited duration role anticipated to last 12 months with strong potential to be converted to a permanent employee. This is a hybrid position working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office and remote the remaining days. If you have at least five years of eDiscovery experience and at least two years of litigation experience, outstanding interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and interest in working for a leading organization, we encourage you to apply! We are actively seeking an eDiscovery Attorney located within commuting distance to Raleigh, North Carolina with the following qualifications:JD Degree from an accredited institutionActive residence and bar license in good standing in North CarolinaMust be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model5+ years of experience with eDiscovery, database tools, and an interest in certifications2+ years of experience in litigation or investigations at a major U.S. law firm, government or an in-house legal departmentExperience in all phases of the EDRM, such as identification, preservation, collection, review, production of documents, and quality assurance testing of coding callsStrong experience in Relativity and familiarity with other eDiscovery toolsExperience in document review management at a law firm, in-house legal department, or consulting firmExperience in negotiating ESI protocols and testing keyword searchesConfidence and experience in written and verbal communications with all levels of law firm professionals By joining Epiq EAS you will have the opportunity to support our multinational clients on the following:Dynamic project work that varies in length and is conducted remotely or on-site depending on client needs.Variable hours in a consultancy role; commitment may range from part-time to full-time based on project requirements.Professional immersion in diverse corporate cultures and industries.
