Master's degree or PhD.Experience running a scaled program serving thousands of developers/customers while managing relevant Key Performance Indicators.Experience in crafting compelling narratives intended to influence internal and external stakeholders, as well as presenting to c-level executives in the organization.Experience in data analysis, problem solving, scaled operations, and efficient execution.Knowledge of content moderation, DevOps, policy enforcement, customer or developer support or policy creation.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Lead the management and resolution of Google Play policy related issues encountered by critical developers within the region.Drive Trust & Safety and Google Play-wide policy launches and Trust and Safety initiatives in the region to ensure seamless developer adoption and a safe app experience.Manage sensitive escalations, and drive operational improvement to mitigate the future risks, working with Play Partnerships, Policy, Ops, Engineering, and Product leadership.Drive highly cross-functional projects collaborating with the global team. Represent your region to solicit stakeholder feedback for Google Play Policies and Operations.Work with sensitive content or situations and may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and/or upsetting topics or content. Manage high priority escalations that may occur outside of standard non work hours including weekends/holidays as required.
