The Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) eDiscovery Sr. Lead Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with Citi and CSIS stakeholders providing consultative services to accelerate the velocity of investigations and mitigate risks to Citi by applying eDiscovery and investigative best practices to organize, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable information to decision makers. Analyst will serve as an SME for both Nuix Workstation and Nuix Investigate to advance fact-finding methods by developing automated scripts, applications, and techniques. They will use their expertise to develop high-quality learning resources and activities addressing product knowledge and team procedures. The incumbent will act as the e-Discovery data analytical process and policy thought leader; develop and maintain best practices; serve as key discovery liaison across the globe; and lead development and maintenance of exemplary eDiscovery analytical work products.

Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) is a full-service security and investigative team that protects the assets, integrity, and reputation of Citi and its clients. We accomplish this by offering in-house professional security services and independent investigations to clients across all of Citi's businesses and clusters, and partnerships with other Citi business groups, law enforcement agencies, governments, and industry counterparts.

eDiscovery Analytics is part of CSIS Operations, designed to provide advanced data analytics and investigative support capabilities to CSIS Investigations, Employee Relations (HR function) and any other employee related Investigations at Citi. The program extends highly specialized structured and unstructured tools and techniques to facilitate and augment investigative capabilities. eDiscovery Analytics helps optimize the investigative process using a managed and consultative approach leveraging innovative tools such as Nuix Workstation and Nuix Investigate to streamline the investigative process. The Sr. Lead Analyst position is an individual contributor role and will be based in Tampa, Florida reporting to the CSIS Global Director of Business Analytics and eDiscovery. The Sr. Lead Analyst will work in close coordination with the eDiscovery Global Program Manager to develop workflow strategies related to processing, analytics, and hosting platforms that meet stakeholders needs.

Key Responsibilities / Day To Day Activities

Consultative approach:Educate Partners and Team members on Nuix offerings and solutionsProactively assess the business and technical needs for all investigations requirements including high profile and complex matters by outlining key data analytical tactics in various reporting and collaborative formatsDetect data trends and relationships in electronic communications and other sourcesRecommend data solutions and alternative analytical techniques to target critical case evidence

Technical SME:Create custom Nuix scripts and custom applications to automate business workflows and increase productivity.Provide written explanations of approach and analysis in plain, strategic language that supports the conclusions and observationsDrive and manage workflows integration using Nuix Workstation and Nuix InvestigateDisplay data and the results of analysis in clear straightforward business reports that can be understood by non-technical readersLeverage advanced visualization techniques to display data and the results of analysis in clear presentations and present to all levels of the organization to technical and non-technical stakeholders Change Management Advocate:Innovate and generate new ideas, concepts, and models to improve investigative methodsIdentify relationships and trends in data across cases, as well as any factors that could affect identification of key case artifactsQuestion and validate assumptions and the status-quoIdentify and escalate risks, including sensitive areas, in terms of methodology and processesCoach and mentor peer eDiscovery Analysts and adopting best practices prevalent in the industry Qualifications And Experience

College degree or post graduate degree, computer science or related field preferred12+ years as a consultant on eDiscovery workflows, hands-on experience using various eDiscovery software and toolsAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple time-zones and manage firm-wide, global projectsStrong interpersonal and communication skills: experience in clarifying business and technical requirements in a simple, clear and logical manner to multiple levels of an organization, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdvanced expertise in Microsoft Office productsDemonstrated problem solving skills and attention to detail to deliver quality output while meeting deadlinesComfort with assisting or leading trainingsCapability to manage competing prioritiesCertifications required: Nuix Investigate End User, Nuix Investigate Administrator, Smarsh, ZL or other relevant certificationsProgramming experience: Ruby, Python, SQL, or other relevant experience relative to this industry
