Primary Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and filing of all federal trademark and service mark applications, including statements of use, requests for extension of time, Sections 8&9, Sections 8&15, responses to office actions and responses to motions for oppositionResponsible for monitoring and handling foreign trademark formalities and renewalsTrack docket entries and deadlinesPrepare reports for attorneys and clientsConfer with clients, foreign associates and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office personnelArrange for legalization of documents in connection with mergers and change of name documents in foreign countriesPerforms other duties as assigned Required Skills/AbilitiesExcellent communication skillsExcellent interpersonal customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasksAbility to function well in a high-paced environment.Aptitude for learning new applications, systems and processesProficient with Office365Proficient in docketing databases: PATTSY WAVE preferred.Proficient in TSDR, Coresearch, Page Vault, Global IP EstimatorProficient in document management systems: iManage preferred.Knowledge of foreign trademark prosecution.
