FOX Corporation is looking for a Vice President to join our Privacy and Data Security Team which is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. The Vice President, Privacy and Data Security will play a key role in providing legal guidance on FOX’s initiatives impacting privacy, cyber security and data use. The Vice President, Privacy and Data Security will partner cross-functionally with FOX business lawyers, technology teams, and business leaders to advise on cutting-edge, technology-oriented privacy and data security issues relating to all aspects of FOX’s media business, including, but not limited to, consumer-facing websites, mobile and other applications, compliance, drafting/negotiating contract language, policy, training, investigations, industry self-regulation, government relations, legislation, incident response, and litigation. You will be working with the FOX Privacy and Data Security team as an invaluable resource, and will have a direct impact on our service as FOX continues to grow and scale, including internationally. The Privacy and Data Security team is fast-paced and collaborative, as we work on challenging technical and legal issues, in a rapidly evolving privacy landscape. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $222,500.00-300,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
