Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP is currently seeking a full-time Paralegal to support the Litigation department and assist clients throughout the USA. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, and this position would be based in the New York office.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include document organization, reviewing all relevant pleadings and documents and entering/updating events in the docket database; file maintenance; preparation for depositions and trials; and typing, formatting, and proofreading a variety of legal correspondence, briefs, motions, and pleadings. Must be available for overtime and travel as needed.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Paralegal certificate a plus.
