Mayer Brown LLP’s Tax Group is seeking a tax associate with 2 to 5 years of experience focusing on fund formation and asset management. This candidate must have experience with private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and private equity funds, fund structuring, asset manager compensation, and related tax issues involving asset management. Experience with real estate investment trusts is helpful but not necessary. Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant tax experience. We are open to this candidate sitting in any of our US offices. Please note in the application comments or in a cover letter the office of interest if other than New York. 

The New York salary for this position is $235,000 to $365,000 although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's skills and experience level are different from those specified.
