Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to take Relativity’s Legal Operations function to the next level of maturity in a Legal Ops lifecycle. The Sr. Specialist, Legal Operations will:
Administer Relativity’s contract lifecycle management tool;
Implement new policies and procedures to reduce legal costs and improve department efficiencies; and
Support the day-to-day operations of Relativity’s in-house legal department.
Job Description And Requirements
What are the core duties of this role?
- Administer and assist in expanding the scope of use of Relativity’s CLM in support of global contract lifecycle including contract request, contract initiation, review, approval, routing, storage, and record keeping
- Lead the ongoing management of existing CLM workflows and playbooks
- Implement new workflows and/or forms to support the expansion of the CLM to other departments and for alternative use cases, including new pricing and licensing models introduced by Relativity’s Pricing Rollout Committee
- Liaise with Relativity’s IT department to enhance and expand integrations with other Relativity-supported applications
- Support CLM users by managing user access permissions, troubleshooting issues within the CLM platform, and acting as the point person for the contract execution process
- Support Relativity’s in-house legal department by identifying, tracking, and reporting against metrics to ensure quality, cycle time and other performance related measures
- Administer and assist in expanding the scope of use of the in-house legal department’s RelativityOne instance, including user access management, workspace creation, CLM integration, and running queries at the direction of Relativity’s in-house legal department
- Monitor security and access dashboard to ensure unauthorized access has not occurred while concurrently working with internal stakeholders to implement new lockbox solution for Legal Team to leverage
- Implement scalable processes to optimize performance of the legal team, including corporate initiatives to streamline contract processes and policies
- Assist in the development of company-wide and/or department specific training sessions to support the legal team’s processes and initiatives
- Facilitate knowledge management within legal department and training for internal clients of the legal department
- Provide administrative support for Relativity’s in-house legal department, as needed
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company or at a law firm, with experience in the contract field, contracts administration or legal operations
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, Ironclad, DocuSign, and Salesforce
- High attention to detail, demonstrated program and/or project management experience with the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams
- Ability to take initiative and propose solutions to address technical and operational challenges and constraints
- Tech savvy and proficient with technology applications
- Solid time management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think quickly and be resourceful
- Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and team skills

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$78,000 and $118,000
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
