Contract Administrator ? Legal
Aramark is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the Aramark legal department at Aramark?s headquarters in Philadelphia. This role will work with the legal team supporting Aramark?s Refreshments business unit by managing the intake process for legal review of contracts and other legal documents and by preparing, reviewing, modifying, and negotiating such documents. This role is highly visible and will work directly with internal sales, financial, operations personnel within the business. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reports to Assistant General Counsel, Legal Team Lead for Refreshments.
