The Washington, DC office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is currently searching for Staff Attorneys to join their Litigation Practice. The responsibilities of Skadden's Staff Attorneys include document review, privilege log preparation, participating in witness interviews, preparing witness interview memoranda, and legal research and writing generally related to document production and privilege issues. Staff Attorneys work closely with other members of our Litigation Department on a wide variety of litigation and government enforcement matters.

Any candidate must be a graduate of an ABA accredited law school and have demonstrated strong academic performance. Candidates must be eligible to waive into the District of Columbia bar if they are not already members. 

The starting base salary for this Washington, D.C. position is expected to be between $136,500 to $160,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
