The Role
Nasdaq’s award-winning legal group, which employs over 50 lawyers in offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia has a rare opportunity for a well-credentialed corporate lawyer with substantial experience in public company disclosure, financing transactions and M&A transactions. You will join the legal team that provides securities law advice, manages Nasdaq’s SEC filings and ESG reporting, and supports Nasdaq’s M&A and financing deals. You will also have the opportunity to participate in policy advocacy on a wide range of securities law and ESG issues and to help develop Nasdaq’s listing rules. This team partners with Nasdaq’s Treasury, Finance, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and other groups.
This position can be based in Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York or Washington D.C. It is an unusual opportunity to join a global leader in financial services and financial technology.

You Will Need The Following Skills And Experience
Education Required: JD degree from a top law school and appropriate bar membership
Experience Required: At least 3-5 years of major law firm experience

The base pay range for this role is $148,900 - $248,200. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
