• Document all processes and procedures meticulously for operational standards and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with Data Center Operations, application development teams, and network infrastructure to address and resolve technical issues.
• Uphold IT security policies to ensure data integrity and protection against unauthorized access.

Required Skills

• Profound technical knowledge in desktop applications and IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues within local area networks and personal computer systems.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical users with clarity.
• Strong customer service orientation and adept problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with call tracking systems like ServiceNow.
