The Boston office has an immediate need for a mid-level associate to join its Financial Markets practice. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of large law firm experience representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions. Must be able to assume appropriate level of senior deal management responsibility, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation and providing sound advice to clients.
