Job Summary
We are seeking an associate in law school class years 2016-2019. We are seeking an associate with 3-4 years of experience in advising public companies on securities regulation and corporate governance matters. Qualified candidates must have experience advising on Exchange Act disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards. Strong academic credentials and writing and research skills are required.
The annual compensation range for this position is between $250,000 and $370,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
