Our corporate practice group in Houston seeks class of 2017- 2022 associates with experience representing private equity sponsors or private and public companies in M&A, joint ventures, and other investment transactions or portfolio company work. Ideal candidates will have experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing deal teams (including coordinating with internal and external specialists), and managing signing and closing processes.
