Position Summary

The Licensing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the team with product approval processes, managing inventory, and overseeing licensed product submissions across various stages of development. This role involves coordinating with domestic and international teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to licensing agreements.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist management with the Licensing Program by maintaining an organized inventory system, generating accurate reports, and ensuring proper receipt and entry of contract samples.
  • Facilitate the setup of new vendor accounts, maintain existing accounts, and handle non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and vendor vetting.
  • Extract and verify contract information from APPTUS software to ensure record accuracy.
  • Support the completion and maintenance of product approval forms.
  • Track royalty payments through their full cycle.
  • Assist in monitoring and addressing counterfeit goods and eBay shutdowns.
  • Adhere to established guidelines for licensed properties, ensure accurate development of licensed packaging, and review submissions with management.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, licensing, marketing, or legal environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; ability to integrate these tools for reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with APPTUS software and licensing administration is preferred.
  • Knowledge of action sports, music, and lifestyle industries is advantageous.
