Job Overview

LPL’s Compliance organization is currently looking for an Analyst within the Product & Platform Strategic Projects Team. If you are an individual who has a drive to deliver exceptional results, be part of a highly motivated team and are passionate about the work you do, this may be the right role for you! The analyst must be well-rounded, creative and able to help support the management of projects related to regulatory matters and firm wide business initiatives including large conversions and M&A support. This person will be responsible for supporting the planning and oversight of projects to ensure completion in a timely fashion and within budget.

Responsibilities:

The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the team leader in various M&A related activities including, but not limited to:

  • Assist and coordinate project schedules
  • Manage changes to project schedule and costs
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports to help leadership
  • Assist with development of presentations
  • Schedule meetings, document takeaways and key decisions
  • Work with stakeholders across business units
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1+ years managing projects and working on firm-wide initiatives
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Pay Range:

$62,000.00 - $103,300.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
