Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Corporate Attorney to join our team

Responsible for providing legal services and advice, and leading legal projects, including but not limited to commercial leasing, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, general corporate practice, contract negotiation and drafting, in each case as assigned by the General Counsel or Assistant General Counsels, and commensurate with the duties of in-house counsel. Must maintain licensure at a minimum as required in state of licensure. This position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision and values of Upstream Rehabilitation Inc.

Responsibilities{{:}}

• Responsible for providing legal services and advice, and leading legal projects, including but not limited to acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, general corporate practice, contract negotiation and drafting, commercial leasing, overseeing paralegals and legal secretaries, in each case as assigned by the General Counsel or Assistant General Counsels, and commensurate with the duties of inhouse counsel.
