GLAUKOS - CORPORATE PARALEGAL (Aliso Viejo, CA) 

How will you make an impact? 

The Corporate Paralegal will oversee the Company’s contract review process, participate in special projects, legal reporting, and litigation management.  This individual will serve as the main point of contact for the Internal Contract Management System. The role in contract management will require close collaboration with various departments, including clinical, commercial operations and finance. This position will also oversee management of corporate records and assist the Corporate Secretary. 

What will you do?

• Oversee the Company’s contract review process; must be comfortable with reading and analyzing agreements. 
• Assists with Company’s contracts from its inception to completion. 
• Opportunity to work on special projects – ERP selection and implementation. 
• Assist in litigation management.
• Assist in preparation of SEC reports and filing of documents. 
• Assist with audit support and other administrative activities. 

How will you get here?

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Paralegal Certificate. 
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience. 
• Prior experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred.  
• Basic understanding of contract and legal terminology is needed. 
• Contract Management system experience. 
• ERP knowledge.
