About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Analyst to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Legal and Compliance to ensure that compliance requirements are embedded into product and operational processes, and that regulatory controls are operating as designed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive compliance requirements from Legal and collaborate to deliver to product development and operational teams
  • Participate in the planning and design of products, systems, and processes to ensure compliance requirements are appropriately embedded
  • Consult with teams during development, and act as a liaison between Legal, Compliance, and product development for identifying roadblocks, clearance scenarios, and adjusting product or legal requirements
  • Test products, systems, and processes prior to launch to ensure compliance controls are operating accurately
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to develop and build and amend compliance control framework.
  • Conduct independent assessments of products, systems, and processes to identify new or undiscovered compliance touchpoints
  • Lead all aspects of vendor’s secret shopping program

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $79,300.00 - $126,700.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Analyst with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in product management
  • Deep understanding of compliance requirements and touchpoints
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Product Development, to address compliance-related issues throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks related to compliance controls
  • Communicate complex compliance requirements to various stakeholders from front-line employees to executive leadership
  • Experience conducting independent assessments of products, systems, and processes, ensuring that compliance controls are operating effectively, and documenting the compliance controls
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience on product launches, collaborating with teams to ensure that compliance requirements are appropriately embedded in designs and that regulatory controls are operating as designed
  • Understanding of vendor management and are able to lead all aspects of vendor's secret shopping programs
