The Position

You Should do：

• Lead or support divisional projects as assigned (policy shaping, data privacy, etc.)
• Provide operational services as assign You should do：
• Provide strong legal support and counsel on a variety of matters including identifying legal issues, risks and providing feasible options or practical solutions to facilitate internal clients’ understanding of the situation and decision-making, with the proper balance of potential risks and business objectives, to ensure the company’s interests are legally protected
• Develop, review daily contracts, documents, projects and negotiate routine transactions independently.
• Provide training on a range of matters relative to business conduct compliance including anti-corruption, antitrust, data privacy, trade secret, conflicts of interest, advertisement, sales and marketing, etc
• Manage dispute resolution, external investigation, litigation/arbitration and external resources
• Establish and maintain legal policies, p
• ed (corporate affairs, chop management, etc.)
• Perform other duties assigned by line manager and the division head

You should have：

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law or above, from either a fine domestic or an overseas university
• Admission to the bar in China

Job Required Competencies

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in reputable local or international law firms/MNCs
• Working experiences in pharma industry would be a definite asset
• Strong sense of accountability, self-motivated and disciplined; team work spirit; integrity
• Sound project management skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
