Position Summary
Cybereason is looking for a Compliance Counsel with experience in managing a global compliance and ethics program to join our global team.
In this position, the Compliance Counsel (reporting directly to Cybereason’s General Counsel) will be responsible for management and ongoing implementation of the company’s compliance and ethics program globally; focusing on third-party due diligence, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, trade sanctions and export control issues, data privacy, conflicts of interest, and related areas of risk.
The Compliance Counsel will have primary responsibility for managing and advancing the company’s Third-Party Due Diligence Program and managing the global compliance program (trainings, managing hotline reports, investigations) .
What You’ll Do
Lead Cybereason’s legal compliance efforts globally and serve as the primary point of escalation to the company’s General Counsel for matters involving third-party due diligence, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, trade sanctions and export control issues, conflicts of interest, and related areas of risk.
What We’re Looking For
Compensation
Base pay: $200,000 - $225,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
