Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Job Description
As a Contracts Administrator, you will draft, negotiate, and manage Statements of Work (SoWs) and Change Orders (COs) for low-risk contracts, utilizing the Legal Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. You will provide advice and troubleshoot existing agreements under the guidance of assigned team members. Your role includes attending cross-functional internal and external supplier meetings to address and execute supplier contract terms and conditions timely. You will be responsible for the routing, tracking, and facilitating the timely progress of contracts from submission to execution, preparing status reports for contracts in circulation, and creating purchase requisitions. Additionally, you will assist in resolving issues related to pending department approvals for invoices, facilitate budget forecasting, and provide support during financial audits. You will also maintain GxP and financial audit inspection readiness for designated business areas and utilize your experience to assist with other Sourcing projects as required.
