The Position
We are a cutting-edge pre-IPO cybersecurity company dedicated to protecting the world's most critical infrastructure and we are looking for an exceptional senior counsel to join our global legal counsel team. This role collaborates globally with clients across OPSWAT on a broad range of matters including product, privacy, and commercial matters. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in keeping OPSWAT’s legal interests secure and promoting our success. This role reports to the General Counsel and is onsite at our office in San Francisco OR in our Global Corporate HQ based in Tampa, FL.

We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. The base pay for this position is dependent on location as outlined below, as well as the knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for bonus and benefits, and eligible for equity.
Base Pay Range: San Francisco Bay Area - $175,000 - $250,000.
