Envestnet Financial Technologies, Inc. seeks Associate Legal Counsel in Berwyn, PA.

Duties: Working as in house counsel, the Associate Legal Counsel's principle duty is to draft and negotiate contracts for several affiliates under Envestnet Wealth, including both client-facing contracts for Envestnet's services and third party contracts (i.e., vendor agreements, etc.). Specifically, responsible for (1) all contracts related to Tamarac Inc., (2) money manager agreements, (3) Envestnet Wealth non-disclosure agreements, and (4) vendor agreements.

This position requires a J.D. (Juris Doctor) or L.L.M. (Master of Laws) degree, plus 2 years of legal experience, which may include experience in a paralegal or legal administrator position gained prior to completion of qualifying degree and licensure. Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: (1) Drafting client-facing (revenue generating) contracts; (2) Drafting third-party contracts; (3) Negotiating Contracts - NDAs, Vendor Agreements, client-facing contracts. Requires active membership in good standing of the bar association of any state within
the US (active law license). Telecommuting is permitted.
