The Role:

DailyPay is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative compliance paralegal with experience reviewing and coordinating RFP responses, license and registration filings, compliance department workflows, and strong writing and communication skills. You will be a key member of DailyPay’s Compliance team, reporting directly to the Associate Compliance Counsel. You will also work closely with various DailyPay departments, including Legal, public policy, revenue, marketing, product, information security, and People Operations.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Conducting due diligence reviews on employers and partners and assisting with creating and documenting processes for KYC reviews
  • Assisting with RFP responses
  • Managing updates to Compliance policy changes and tracking Compliance training
  • Assisting with Board and regulatory reporting
  • Assisting with marketing reviews and UDAAP compliance

 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Ability to take initiative, operate independently, and work cross-functionally
  • Strong time management and project management skills 
  • Highest level of accuracy and close attention to detail 
  • The highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgment 
  • Team player and strong multi-tasker able to support the overall needs of the Compliance team

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
