DESCRIPTION

*In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: *  

  • Assists Legal function teams by coordinating resources, equipment, meetings, and information.

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.

  • Manage small portions of well-defined projects and supports communication initiatives across the legal function.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

  • Develop and update training materials, process manuals, and job aids.

  • Serve as the point of contact for questions regarding Legal function technology.

  • Write, design, develop, and maintain content on Legal Websites, TV Screens, Communications Campaigns, and Legal Intranet.

  • Provide support to other Legal function Functional Excellence project leaders if needed with communication or presentation items.

  • Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

  • Present information from various sources in a compelling message through storytelling to engage target audiences, using appropriate tools and media types to create effective, high-quality visual and experiential media.

  • Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.

  • A self-starter, proactively supporting various active projects and tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and staying agile in a fast-paced environment.

  • Be organized.

  • Ability to interact with colleagues and leaders at various levels.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  

  • College, University, or equivalent degree in project management, business and or communications or equivalent relevant work experience required.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Graphic design skills, visual communications channel capabilities preferred.

  • Project management experience, whether formal or informal, is preferred. Ideal candidates should have experience in public speaking, information output and drafting departmental communication.

  • Business operations or Legal operations experience preferred, but not required.

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS  

Base salary range: Min $63,360 – Max $95,040

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
