  • Providing advice on policies and strategies, including domestic and global regulatory frameworks related to oil and gas and the energy transition.
  • Offering general corporate and legal advice.
  • Assisting the Corporate Affairs organization in the development of advocacy and communication strategies on US federal, state, and local regulatory issues.
  • Teaming with functional subject matter experts, including internal clients and in-house counsel, to provide independent risk and exposure evaluations related to government and community engagement and advocacy.
  • Assist the company’s Legislative and Regulatory Affairs organization in monitoring and giving guidance on pending and anticipated legislation and regulations.
