We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Sr. Director to lead and work alongside Lilly’s Litigation Case Management Team (LCMT), responsible for supporting all aspects of litigation throughout the lifecycle of cases. This leader will interact closely with internal and external litigation counsel, Lilly’s eDiscovery team and vendors, and other key partners to help set and implement individual case strategy, and cohesively manage Lilly’s overall docket and related processes. This role requires a results-driven leader with significant experience in developing and implementing efficient and effective case management processes, embedding an attitude of continuing innovation in teams, and leading teams in a challenging high-volume, high-stakes environment. The Sr. Director will be a strong communicator, agile problem-solver, and facilitator in driving alignment and leading change across the litigation function.

Lilly currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from between $144,000 to $211,200 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications for the role, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).Of course, the compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described above.
