Finance Associate

Baker Botts is seeking a highly motivated finance associate to join our Dallas or Houston office. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in reserve-based lending transactions, other types of secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and project financings. High academic achievement, law firm experience, and strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Texas or be willing to take the Texas Bar Exam.
