Mayer Brown’s Washington, DC office is seeking a junior Global Mobility & Migration associate with one to three years of relevant experience. Qualified candidates will have experience with any of the following: major employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories, adjustment of status, OPT/CPT strategy, I-9 compliance and mergers & acquisitions immigration compliance.

The WDC salary for this position for the class of 2023 to 2021 is $225,000-$260,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s skills and experience level are different from those specified below.
