Payrate: $47 - $50/hr.

Summary:

The main function of a legal secretary paralegal is to assist lawyers with various legal and administrative tasks, including by managing processes, maintaining and organizing legal files, and otherwise providing general support.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage processes, including compliance processes and team inbox management.Attend meetings and take notes.Organize and maintain team documents and files.Update and maintain team trackers and correspondence logs.Format documents and presentations.Engage with technical support teams to troubleshoot technical issues relates to team processes and files.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.Previous experience with computer applications, such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting teams with trade or anti-corruption portfolios preferred.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
