About The Role

As a CBRE Contract Sr. Manager, you will supervise the administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements.

This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You’ll Do

Review, interpret, and evaluate contract and service agreements.

Answer advanced customer inquiries pertaining to the modification of existing contracts.

Prepare and evaluate high-value proposals for new or continuation of existing contracts and make award recommendations.

Negotiate and supervise the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Review amendments to existing contracts or requests for extensions. Provide recommendations of approval or alternative solutions.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for Project Management delivery.

Management and reporting for sourcing initiatives such as preferred supplier programs and diverse vendor spend.

On-boarding of new vendors and administration of vendor compliance programs and assessments.

Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.

Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.

Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job field.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

Ability to lead the exchange of difficult information, convey performance expectations, and balance problems.

Leadership skills to empower the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple job subject areas, and department.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Experience with Kahua and PeopleSoft/MyBuy preferred.

  • CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Commercial Contract, Sr. Manager position is $104,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Commercial Contract, Sr. Manager position is $147,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
