We have an immediate opening for an experienced Paralegal in our Las Vegas office. Ideal candidates must have three or more years of trial and litigation experience. QualificationsCivil litigation experience.Candidate must be able to work independently on pleadings, E-discovery, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, research and trial support.Proficiency in document management software (i.e., Relativity and Pro), electronic filing (including CM/ECF) is preferred.Familiarity with trial preparation software such as Sanction or Trial Director is a plus.Candidates must have excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.Strong Excel skills are essential.Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.ABA Paralegal certification is required and a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
