General Description And Classification Standards
Works to ensure that the activities of the Office of the City Solicitor adhere to government regulations and program guidelines and policies by conducting, planning and coordinating operational activities of the City Solicitor’s Office diversion programs.
Supervision Received
Performs work under general supervision of a manager or director in the Office of the City Solicitor.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
Three (3) years of experience in administering the compliance to Solicitor’s Office pretrial diversion programs including case processing, auditing, and financial management.
Preferred Qualifications – Education And Experience
Same as minimum
Licensures and Certifications
Position would be expected to have licensure or professional certifications appropriate to the position.
Required; GCIC certification

Required physical, lifting, and sensory capabilities are requirements to perform the job successfully. Typical environmental conditions associated with job.
Lifting Requirements:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force to move objects.
