Consilio's ELS Direct Hire Staffing Division is seeking a Mid-level Antitrust Compliance Assoicate to work for our client, a large global law firm. The role can sit in DC or NYC. Requirements: 1-2 plus years of experience within HSR/antitrust compliance at major law firm or in a large corporation’s in-house legal staff, or 3+ years of experience in HSR/Second Request/antitrust document review and compliance at a legal and business services provider. Prior experience as a staff attorney or paralegal at the Federal Trade Commission or the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice is a plus.
