Job Summary:

The Chief Compliance Officer leads, oversees, and administers Cantex Continuing Care Network’s Compliance Program in accordance with applicable standards and best industry practices. Cantex’s primary service lines include long-term care, home health, hospice, pharmacy, and an I-SNP health plan.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Extensive experience deploying compliance infrastructure and following best practices for an effective Compliance Program in a multi-faceted healthcare organization. A bachelor’s degree is required, and Certification in Healthcare Compliance is preferred. Experience as a compliance professional in Cantex’s primary service lines is a plus. Ability to effectively communicate, educate, direct, and delegate. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Essential Functions:

Serving as Chief Compliance Officer across all Cantex’s service lines and entities. Managing compliance elements, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant federal and state laws, regulations, guidance, and industry best practices. Engaging in Compliance Program activities in each of the well-established elements of an effective Compliance Program, tailored to Cantex’s key risk areas. Continuously enhancing the Compliance Program to address organizational risks, business initiatives, and regulatory changes. Chairing the Compliance Committee and reporting to leadership and governance on Compliance Program activities, resources, accomplishments, and needs. Partnering with key organizational stakeholders to ensure the Compliance Program effectively prevents, detects, and responds to potential non-compliance with applicable standards. Providing exemplary leadership in promoting Cantex’s commitment to compliance. Promoting a strong organizational compliance culture and developing collaborative relationships across the organization. Acting as a compliance resource regarding potential business initiatives.

Continuing Education:

Cantex will support the Chief Compliance Officer’s participation in continuing education programs as necessary.
