We are actively seeking Insurance Lawyers with direct experience providing support on product counseling and regulatory compliance. This is a near-term full-time remote opportunity with our Fortune 500 client!

We are actively seeking Insurance Attorneys located anywhere in the United States with the following qualifications for a near-term engagement with our Fortune 500 client:

  • 5+ years of in-house experience in insurance law
  • Proven ability to manage product counseling and regulatory compliance for insurance products
  • Experience advising on regulations impacting Medicare, Medicare supplemental plans, and short-term medical insurance
  • Familiarity with health care regulations including Medicare and the Affordable Care Act
  • Ability to work with outside counsel on litigation matters
  • Familiarity with claims management and underwriting processes
  • Experience with major medical, ancillary benefits, and/or life insurance is a plus
  • Active bar license, in the state in which you reside, in good standing
  • Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
